PXC to Partner with Netomnia and Brsk

PlatformX Communications (PXC) is delighted to announce its intention to partner with alternative network provider Netomnia and Brsk. The proposed partnership will further advance PXC’s positioning as the leading wholesale platform for connectivity services and the go-to alternative networks aggregator.

As one of the fastest-growing full fibre network operators in the UK, specialising in connecting homes and businesses to ultrafast FTTP broadband, Netomnia and Brsk will be a vital and complementary pillar of PXC’s existing alt net community, helping them leverage competitive fibre supply in new areas to challenge incumbent market players.

Following a recent merger, Netomnia and Brsk now has a network footprint of 1.75 million premises, making them the fourth largest full fibre provider in the UK, and with a target to expand this footprint to 3 million premises by December 2025.

Since 2020, Netomnia and Brsk have raised over £1.3 billion in capital enabling them to be the only scaled and capital-efficient retail, wholesale and consolidation platform in the market.

Discussions on the proposed agreement between PXC and Netomnia and Brsk are at an advanced stage. Subject to finalising the terms of that agreement, Netomnia and Brsk aims to onboard its first customer through the PXC platform by February 2025.
