The Soapworks in Salford Quays has been our home since 2019, bringing many of our key teams together under one roof. This iconic building forms a state-of-the-art campus for our business – with killer views from the rooftop terrace for those sunny days.

Our London office, based in the Alphabeta in Islington’s Finsbury Square, is a hive of innovation and collaboration, helping us easily engage with our amazing Partners at the heart of the UK economy.

About Our Teams
Finance
The Finance team is responsible for monitoring cashflow in and out of our organisation, reporting on the financial situation of the business and creating financial strategies to ensure the success of the company as well as paying our suppliers and people.
Technology & Security
Tech and Security underpins our PXC Strategy, transforming our products and futureproofing our network and systems. They also offer technical support and solutions to all our business units, enabling them to reach their goals with minimal friction and maximum efficiency.
Supply & Partnerships
The Supply and Partnerships team is responsible for furthering our business development goals, and futureproofing our network. They identify and reach new business opportunities, onboard and liaise with our suppliers and drive overall growth.
Strategy, Insights & Performance
A multi-faceted department that looks after Business Management, Strategy & Research and Insight & Analytics. They formulate and execute our present and future business plans to ensure we continue to be the scale challenger that we are today.
Operations
The Operations team is responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our products and services to our partners. They work collaboratively to monitor progress, solve problems and improve processes to ensure that our partners can always rely on us.
Sales
Our Sales Team is the first line connecting us to our incredible network of existing, and potential partners. They ensure our business relationships flourish, and offer expert advice and industry knowledge to our partners.
Product & Marketing
The Product team is focused on delivering and continuously improving a streamlined portfolio of products to offer our partners through automated processes and at parity across all our key suppliers.
Our Marketing Team ensures that the PXC brand and our products reach the right audiences in exciting ways. They are responsible for building and maintaining the PXC brand in the public eye.
ESG & Change
Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) is a team that focuses on aligning our business practices with our sustainability and social goals, while ensuring regulatory compliance and communication.
The Change team oversees the planning, implementation and management of our organisational changes. They make sure all stakeholders are onboard, and ensure that the business change aligns with our vision, mission, values and culture.

The People Team are responsible for everything from recruiting talent to supporting them throughout their journey here at PXC. They partner with the business to ensure our people are supported, engaged and continue to grow and develop.
